Lloyd George was always in between decisions, especially on the Treaty Of Versailles, he believed Germany should be punished but not to harshly, he thought when the Treaty had being wrote up it was to harsh on Germany's economy.
His main aim of the Treaty was for Germany to lose their extensive army because he felt it put Britain under to much pressure. He also wanted them to lose the massive colony they had required as this also put to much pressure on the british empire. One positive thing he hoped for after the Treaty was that Britain and Germany could begin trading again because before the first war it had being their third large…
