The Opposition

1. The Rich:

• They didn't benefit from it
• They have to pay into the scheme; the more you earn, then the more you pay in national insurance

2. New People To The Country:

• They don't get a pension
• Have to be a part of the country for 20 years

3. Employers:

• They have to pay into the national insurance scheme and don't get any thing back (pay 3d for employees of sick and 2d for unemployed)
• Self employed have to make there own arrangements
