Well sessions is the number of unique sessions of all users. If the period of user inactivity on the site lasts more than 30 minutes, all subsequent activity will be attributed to a new session. If the interval between actions is less than 30 minutes, the session is not interrupted. That's it!

Of course, traffic shows how many times people visited the site for a certain period of time: day, week, month or year. This is the main indicator for assessing the overall effectiveness of the promotion and popularity of individual pages, as well as competitor analysis.
