Japan earthquake & Tsunami - Casestudy of a tsunami

Location: An earthquake of 9.0 magnitude struck 130km off the coast of Japan creating a tsunami radiating in all directions. 

Causes: The Pacific plate sinks under the Eurasian plate (destructive plate boundary) causing tension to build up. When pressure was released one of the plated was forced upwards creating a huge amount of energy to
