Forgetting

- Retroactive Interference - example - when learning Spanish, I go to my Spanish class and say hello in Spanish accidently. - New things cause problems when trying to recall old information.

- Proactive Interference - example - I already know Spanish, but when I try to learn French, I can only speak in Spanish with a few French word - Old things cause problems when trying to recall New information.
