What are the consequences for disrupting biorhythms through jetlag?
It takes a long time for the body to resynchronise itself. This means you have to follow you endogenous zeitgebers: staying up longer, adjusting meal patterns and socialising patterns. Jetlag is more severe travelling West to East (USA to UK)
