Acids and their Reactions

  • pH 9 = alkaline, pH 2 = acidic, pH 7 = neutral, pH 6 = acidic
  • General word equation beteen an acid and a base - acid + base -> salt + water
  • Universal indicator can show if an acidic solution has been neutralised
