Book 19 of Homer's Odyssey

Odysseus is in Ithaca, Athena made him look like an old beggar!

He is ATTACKED by a maid (which doesn't sound ok, does it?) Penelope stops the maid from presumably killing the man (and she doesn't recognise him, because he is in DIGUISE.) he lies to penelope. and he adds in a 'few true details' about Odysseus (himself. i think he's a narcissit, tbh) and Penelope WEEPS 

Penelope askes Eurycleia to wash him, becuase apparently he can't do it himself. She was Odysseus' former nurse, but…
