• Main purpose but also secondary, purpose of mobile phones is to make and recieve phone calls/ Mobile phones allow users to complete other tasks. These phones have different methods of HCI

• A Blackberry and an iPhone both included embedded systems to allow the user to perform tasks. But they have different methods of communication with the user

• A Blackberry uses menus and sub menus to allow the user to carry out the taks they wish to complete. The menus are embedded in the HCI and are not customisable by the user
