Job Production

One-off item specifically made for one thing / person.

(E.g. A wedding dress.)

Batch Production

In which a a batch of something is made, then changed and a different batch is made.
Quicker than one-offs, and if something's wrong, then it's only one batch.

(E.g. Bread)

Process Production

Where the material goes through a series of machine, and ends up as a different product.
No human intervention.

(E.g. Trees into paper.)

Flow Production

A process in which people are adding things on as they go.

(E.g. Car assembly.)
