- Job production
- Businesses use all Thierry factors of production to complete one job at a time. Usually used when products are all different, non standard, made to order goods.
- Batch production
- The manufacture of different version seems of the same basic product in batches.
- Flow production
- Production takes place as a continuous process. The product flows from one process into the next. Usually when products are made identical and can be made using a production line méthodes.each worker adds one part of the finished product as it passes them on the production line, so they become specialised in what they do.
