Maths unit A:Rearranging formulae to change the su

-Remember '+' turns to '-' and vice versa when moving to the other side of the '=' sign

-Remember multiplication turns to division and vice versa when moved to the other side of the '=' sign

-Remember you can only move the denominator of a fraction

-Powers turn to roots and vice vera when moved to the other side of the '='

-Square powers (^2) change to +-square root when moved to the other side of the '=' sign as long as it is a positive number inside the root (if it's not a positive number then you have rearranged the equation incorrectly)

-Rearrange so you can factorise if the subject appears more than once

1. Move the second thing over

2. Move the rest over

3. Put the subject on the left

4.Simplify if you can
