How Nervous and Endocrine (Hormonal) System work together to control heart rate

?

HOW HEART RATE IS CONTROLLED

Acceletator Nerve = increases heart rate

Vagus Nerve= Decreases heart rate

Both connect to the SAN to regulate frequency of heartbeat

Decreased Blood pressure= Increased heart rate. (This makes blood flow faster around the body)

Increased CO2 level/conc= Increased heart rate. (To get rid of CO2 and moves away to the kidneys to be excreted.

Baroreceptors= Detect change in PRESSURE (Found in Carotid Arteries & Aorta)

Chemoreceptors= Detect change in PH (Found in Carotid Arteries, Aorta and Medulla Oblongata)
