Amylase
Breaks down starch into glucose- from carbohydrates, bread, pasta, rice, needed for respiration

Protease
Breaks down proteins into amino acids- found in meat, lentils, needed for growth and repair of cells
Found in:
-GASTRIC JUICE (STOMACH),DUODENUM( INTESTINAL JUICE), PANCREATIC JUICE

Lipase
Breaks down fats into fatty acids and glycerol- needed for extra energy and absorbing fat soluble vitamins
Found in:
-PANCREATIC JUICE, INTESTINAL JUICE
