Weakness - a murderer cannot be held morally responsible for his actions. It muddle contingently true thigns with natural things
Strength - gives more responsibility to each individual and justifies punishments
Weakness - there seems to be factors that limit our freedom. When making moral decisions we are affected by our emotions, limiting our freedom.
Strength - combines both approaches and accepts that somethings are determined, but we are still morally responsible for our own free actions
Weakness - doesn't give specific guidelines as to what is determined and what isn't. Decision making seems too complex due to this
