A short food chian because less energy is lost through the previously mentioned ways and therefore we can say that eating plants provides more energy then eating meat because it is the first stage on the chain.

Meatcan be artificially created by not allowing animals to move therefore energy is not wasted through growth or movement and if there tempertures are kept constant then energy is not used keeping their tempertures correct.
