Lamb heart dissection pictures part 5

This is the vena cava. It is dark looking. The veins are brown coloured and the arteries are pink coloured. The aorta can be seen from this image. The other artery next to it is the pulmonary artery. The pulmonary artery is a little smaller. 

The vena cava is a very large vein. It enters the back of the heart, and is right next to the pulmonary vein. I will show the pulmonary vein in part 6.
