Effects

Reorganised reparations, brought foreign investment, more co-operation with other countries.
Helped pay reparations, GREATLY helped German industry: new roads, railways + homes were built -> unemployment fell (MORE JOBS)
Set timescale + reduced reparations (timescale made reparations more manageable)
France agreed to leave Rhineland 5 YEARS early
