In terms of advantages it means that at a low cost you can make whatever shape at whatever size you want. However, the moulds can only be used once which means multiple would have to be made in order for you to make more. The surface finish not being good means if it wasn't the best standard you would have to keep making it until it is. Which would require more moulds. The slow production rate means that this can only be used for one off production. This is because of how slow it is as well as the moulds needing to be made again after each one. The labor intensity means that the people employed would have to be paid. Which would therefore make the price higher.
