Mobile phones

Advantages

  • You can carry a mobile phone with you so you don't miss important calls
  • If you are lost, you can call for directions.
  • You can listen to music, text, play games when you're bored.
  • Most mobile phones have a calculator and a phone book.
  • You can chat & video conference.

Disadvantages

  • Mobile phones can be expensive
  • People do use their phones while driving (which could result in an accident)
  • If the mobile is stolen then it can be misused (Photos, Contact numbers)
  • Can be hard for old people to use
  • Can be easy to lose because they are so small

Evaluation

Personally I think that it is up to the individual whether they want the mobile phone or not.

I had a similar issue getting verification for google with a real USA number, I came across some guys in Russia who usually offer me numbers to verify google voice. you can get sms verification.
