  • Scene 2 - We meet Martha and she is all over her son, Henry. She acts like a child, its clear she has an addiction issue. She is not happy to see Mia.
  • Scene 4 - She panics as Henry didn't come home the night before. She has ripped up his clothes as a punishment. She finds out he has lost his virginity and gets jealous and explains how shed thought he was gay. She gives him a love bite.
  • Scene 6 - Martha pretends that her son "Harry" is dead. She plays with Henry's mind until he decides to join in. Martha has left cat food out so she can attract Henry' attention. She is angry at him for not coming home.
  • Scene 8 - Henry and Martha have been up all night drinking as he is wearing numerous items of her clothing. Martha drags up arguments from her and Hugh's past. Martha uses Henry to gang up on Hugh about his money. Martha and Mia agree and begin to gang up on Hugh together. She leaves the scene very dignified and goes to rehab.
