63 while women’s was generally sustained at 75.
- The fall of the Soviet union with the fall of the Berlin wall in 1991
- Russia holds its place at 9th in worldwide population at 2.02%
- Decrease of just under 5 million people between 1990's and 2012
- During 1999 unemployment went as high as 14%.
- Incentive of $10,000 payment for having 3 or more children
