  • Decreasing life expectancy for men in particular currently at 63 while women’s was generally sustained at 75.

  • Russia holds its place at 9th in worldwide population at 2.02%
  • Decrease of just under 5 million people between 1990's and 2012
  • During 1999 unemployment went as high as 14%.
  • Incentive of $10,000 payment for having 3 or more children

  • Less babies to support future growth and economic stability
