    • Attitudes are usually subjective beliefs and values
    • Attitudes are largely formed through experiences.
    • It is important to develop trusting relationships between workers and service users.
    • Examples: 'Eating snails or horse meat', 'Kissing on the cheek' and 'Smacking children'.
