        • For central gov the games were certainly a success, as they have left a long lasting legacy in the UK both locally and nationally
      • Failure
        • Local economy stakeholders were compensated, but they now have a longer commute to work
        • Local residents lost out. Although new housing was created, it was not affordable, new housing entry level is now £250,000
