        • Can be served with multiple different Mexican sauces, allowing the child to explore the cultures tastes firther

        • Different textures for the child to try
      • Beans are a highly used ingredient in Mexican meals, providing a good amount of fiber to the individual. Salsas and chilies are also typically eaten in mexico which are sources of vitamin c and anti-oxidants.

        • Only dessert option i have looked at, this will already prove a lot more interesting to the child

        • Although the dish would provide all the essential vitamins from the veg, the dish could look daunting to the child as there is only really one section of ingredients (vegetables)

      • A typical french diet consists of lots of protein. i also found through research that nothing is 'off limits' in the french diet as they believe everything can be eaten in moderation.

        • lots of different seafood tastes

        • can be presented nicely
        • wide range of cultural meats and vegetables can be placed in.
      • Spanish ratatouille
        • quite high in sugar
      • A typical Spanish diet consists of lots of carbohydrates from foods such as potatoes and rice. protein is also a large part of a Spanish diet with lots of fish,eggs and pork sausage typically seen in their diet.
