    • Your Body.
      • Heart = Centre.
      • Vein = deoxygenated blood to the heart.
      • Artery = oxygenated blood away from the heart.
    • Blood Flow.
      • Deoxygenated: Vena Cava, RA, Tricuspid Valave, RV, Pulmonary Valve, Pulmonary Artery, Lungs.
      • Oxygenated: Heart, Pulmonary Vein, LA, Bicuspid Valve, LV, Aortic Valve, Aorta, Body.
    • Conduction System
      • Heart = myogenic.
      • Starts at SA Node, spreads to LA, then travels to AV Node, next to the Bundle of His, to the Purkinje Fibres and then the Ventricles.
    • Cardiac Cycle
      • Systole Phase: Emptying heart of Blood
      • Diastole Phase: Filling heart of Blood.
      • Atrial Diastole & Systole. Ventricular Diastole & Systole.
    • Autonomic Nervous System
      • Sympathetic & Parasympathetic.
      • Sympathetic: Increase HR
      • Parasympathetic: Decrease HR
      • Three Controlling Factors: Neural, Hormonal & Intrinsic.
  • Cardiac Cycle
    • Systole Phase: Emptying heart of Blood
    • Diastole Phase: Filling heart of Blood.
    • Atrial Diastole & Systole. Ventricular Diastole & Systole.
