What is sheet erosion?
The uniform removal of soil in thin layers by a thin, even layer of surface runoff (i.e. sheet flow)

Where are rills often found?
On farms

What are rills?
Shallow channels no more than a few tens of centimetres in depth & width.
These channels are cut into the soil by flowing water (i.e. rill erosion)
