what is intentional abuse
This is deliberate, examples include theft, verbal abuse, financial abuse, sexual abuse and physical abuse

what is unintentional abuse
this is the result of a careless approach to tasks and lack of training. examples include a nursery worker forgetting to wash their hands before preparing food, resulting in an outbreak of food poisoning.
