How does the heart prevent blood flowing backwards?
The heart has valves to make sure that blood flows in the right direction.
3 of 12
What are the four chambers of the heart?
The right atrium, the left atrium, the right ventricle and left ventricle.
4 of 12

5 of 12
Why does the atria contract?
