What is a feasibility report?
A feasibility report is a report made before the cycle starts to see if the upgrade is affordable and the benefits outweigh the costs. This will include details about what the user requires and details of the hardware and software the company has etc

What is Project Planning and in what stage would it be used?
Project planning is used in the design stage and is about handling the man power and when they need it, how long for why they need them and what they will be doing. They use tools like Gantt charts to plan out the timescale and resources needed.

The Direct Method, The Parallel Method, The Phased Method and The Pilot Method
