People could lie, it isnt accurate as it has only happened in the past 12 months (something that happened to someone 2 years could still be affecting them now), there are some events that arent on there, everyone deals with things differently

Rahe went on a US warship and gave 2,700 soldiers the SRRS, and checked the results against their medical records.

He got a group of nurses to write in a diary what daily hassles they had, and whether or not they had had any daily hassles that day. Those nurses that had experienced many daily hassles were under high levels of strain and weren't performing well.
