What’s the Adrenal Medulla?
The part of the adrenal gland that produces Adrenaline

What’s Acetylcholine?
A neurotransmitter. In the CNS it’s used for attention and arousal and in the PNS it causes muscles to contract.

An extension of Ellis’s explanation of depression (ABC model). D is for disruption of irrational thought and E is the effect of disruption.

A behavioural disorder when an individual has no ability to experience guilt or shame. This means they find it ‘easier’ to commit crime.

The change from an autonomous state to an agentic state. E.g taking responsibility for one’s actions to believing someone else’s is responsible.
