Was done by Westminster Parliament during dissolution of Irish Parliament to get it through due to DUP veto

Comparison to US 1 = SCOTUS v Parliament
The cases in the US will not legislate it into the constitution (Congress) and is done by the Supreme Court = Parliament means the laws are changing the constitution = structure of the two systems = Congress won't decide on controversial matters
