Loading shotguns with step father- taunts him, accidentally shoots him dead:- Conviction for murder quashed on appeal

Bouncer hanging out of Range rover half in half out. Bouncer fell under wheel. convicted of Manslaughter through duty of care of being in the car.

Sweet v Parsley (1969)
Teacher owned farmhouse which was being let to students whom were smoking canabis. She had no knowledge of the activity and therefore wasn't convicted..

Latimer (1886)
Transferred Malice. Went to hit a guy with a belt in a pub. The belt bounced off the man and struck a woman in the face. Guilty of an assault even though he had not meant to hit her.

Thabo Meli v R (1954)
Guys push thought to be dead guy off a cliff, wasn't actually dead and later died from exposure.

Church (1965)
D fought with woman, knocked her out, tried to bring her round, dumped body in river. She drowned:- conviction for Manslaughter upheld.

Fagan v Metropolitan Police Commissioner (1986)
Drove over policeman's foot, without realising. When asked several times, refused to move, eventually did. -Convicted of assaulting police officer.
