Believe in line of 12 imams (Religious leaders). The last imam is hiding and they're waiting for his return.

Isma'ili Shia's?
They thought the seventh imam should have been Isma'il, who was elder brother of the imam twelvers chose. They think Imams should choose their successor. They are still led but an imam now.

What characteristics does Allah have?
He is mercyful, omnipotent, benevolent, just, immanent and transcendent.

Who are prophets?
Appointed by Allah to spread message. Could perform miracles. 25 in Qur'an

Who were the prophets?
First was Adam who was first man. Others were Abraham, Ishmael, Moses, David, Jesus and Muhammad.

First Muslim. Sent to earth after eating forbidden fruit.

Who was Abraham?
Rejected idea of more than one God. He proved his faith by sacrificing own son.

Who was Ishmael?
Son of Abraham. Believed many Arabs descend from him.

Who was Moses?
Only prophet that spoke directly to Allah. He tried to guide people to believe in one God.

Who was David?
Killed Goliath and became king of Talut. Brave and Loyal to Allah.

Who was jesus?
Sent by Allah when people strayed from moses' teachings. Muslims believe he wasn't crucified but taken up to heaven by Allah.

Born 570CE in Mecca. He preached messages from Allah, messages were later made into the Qur'an.

What is Qur'an?
Holy book which is in Allah's words. Divided into 144 chapters ordering from shortest to longest.

Needs to be wrapped up. Wash hands before touching. keep on higher shelve than other books. Place on special stand when reading.

Other holy books?
The torah (Jewish book which was given to moses). The palms were given to david. Allah gave Jesus the Injil. The haddith and the sunnah.

What is the Haddith?
Reports of Muhammad recorded by his followers.

What are angels?
Follow Allah's orders and talk to humans. They are immortal and genderless. Made of light and wings.

Gabriel, Michael, Azrael and Raphael.

What is Al-Qadr?
Idea that Allah has decided everything that is going to happen. Sunnis believe this, Shi'as believe we have free will as well.

What is day of judgement?
Day in which Allah judges everyone and decides how they will spend their afterlife.
