Stimulation
This means the presense of stimulus to keep the mind active and alert, thus preventing boredom and depression. Stimulation helps individuals should find life interesting and feel motivated.

This means having something to do/being occupied. It could be volunter work, paid work or a hobby such as knitting. Certain activites provide individuals with a sense of wellbeing and make them feel worthwhile.
