Field
One piece of information related to a particular category.

Field Properties
A property that controls what can be put into a field and how it can be placed there.

Key Field
A field of a database (typically a relational database) table which together form a unique identifier for a record (a table entry). The aggregate of these fields is usually referred to simply as "the key".

Query
A database object that locates specific information stored in a table and allows you to view and manipulate the results. The results of a query can be used as the basis for forms, reports, and data access pages.

Reports
A database object used to display table information in a formatted, easily accessible manner, either on the screen or on paper. It can include items from multiple tables and queries, values calculated from information in the database, and formatting

Number
A numeral or group of numerals.

Record
All the information regarding one person or thing.

Boolean
Pertaining to a data type having two possible values representing “true” or “false.”

Currency
Something that is used as a medium of exchange; money.

Field Size
The number of columns, characters, or bits in a specified field.

Design View
The view in which you can see and modify the structure of a table or query. Along with Datasheet view, one of the two most common views for tables.
