What is the definition of a hypoglycaemia
<4mmol/l for diabetics
<3mmol/l for non-diabetics

Sweating, trembling, palpitations, hunger
Headache, nausea
drowsiness, confusion, combative, fitting, unconcious

Management of hypo if the patient is concious and can swollow
Give sugary drink
Dextrose tablets
Glucogel

Administer 1 to 2 tubes of glucose gel
