Step up and down of a 40cm (boys) 33cm (girls) box for 5 mins to a metronome

Sprint from line to the another in a straight line over 35m record time and compare to normative data

3 attempts squeeze the grip dynamometer measure results in kg

Sit and reach test
Both feet against the box reach forward and measure results in centimetres

Sit up and press press up tests
Count how many sits ups and press ups completed within a minute

Vertical jump test
Stand side on to the wall reach up and set your maximum reach then jump as high as possible touch the wall and measure from your maximum reach
