The correct placement of body parts in relation to other body parts. Means that you can hold your head high and keep everything aligned underneath. To improve use the mirror to check positions
Posture and Alignment

The ability to maintain high energy levels for a prolonged period of time, which means that you can perform for a long and energetic dance without getting out of breath or tired. To improve this you should improve your lung capacity by jogging.
Stamina

The range of movements at a joint. Which means you can kick your leg up high or perform a really deep back bend. Improve it by stretching targeted areas that aren't as flexible when you are warm.
Flexibility

Links between dances, sections or movements to ensure the dance flows. Which means you can perform a dance with flow, making everything look easy and unified. To improve it you should rehearse and commit movements to memory
Transitions

Lengthening one's arm or more muscles/ limbs (e.g. arms and legs). This means you can perform beautiful positions which create good lines. To improve it you should be giving 100% commitment to the performance and using every muscle.
Extensions

All movements are performed clearly with no wobbles or hesitations. This means you can perform complicated movements cleanly with no wobbles or hesitations. To improve this you should rehearse and strengthen all muscles more.
Control

The ability to hold a steady or "held" position. Which means you can stand on one leg without wobbling. To improve this you should strengthen your core muscles by repeating sit ups.
Balance

The ability to move freely with ease. This means you can travel, change direction and get down/up from the floor with ease. This can be improved by improving your core muscles and spatial awareness.
Mobility

The muscle's ability to exert a force against gravity. This means you can hold a coccyx balance or lift another dance. To improve this you should repeat exercises targeting the recurred area e.g. sit ups for core muscles.
Strength

All movements are correct and precise. You can perform a phrase as it was originally intended without mistakes. To improve this you could keep rehearsing and committing movements to memory.
Accuracy

The ability to move more than one body part at the same time. Which means you can perform complicated movements using arms and legs at the same time. This can be improved by rehearsing and challenging your brain with complex phrases.
