Posture and Alignment

The ability to maintain high energy levels for a prolonged period of time, which means that you can perform for a long and energetic dance without getting out of breath or tired. To improve this you should improve your lung capacity by jogging.
Stamina

The range of movements at a joint. Which means you can kick your leg up high or perform a really deep back bend. Improve it by stretching targeted areas that aren't as flexible when you are warm.
Flexibility

Balance

The ability to move freely with ease. This means you can travel, change direction and get down/up from the floor with ease. This can be improved by improving your core muscles and spatial awareness.
Mobility

The muscle's ability to exert a force against gravity. This means you can hold a coccyx balance or lift another dance. To improve this you should repeat exercises targeting the recurred area e.g. sit ups for core muscles.
Strength

All movements are correct and precise. You can perform a phrase as it was originally intended without mistakes. To improve this you could keep rehearsing and committing movements to memory.
Accuracy

The ability to move more than one body part at the same time. Which means you can perform complicated movements using arms and legs at the same time. This can be improved by rehearsing and challenging your brain with complex phrases.

I'm sorry to say that this information was not of use as it is incorrect, these could be really helpful for physical skills which is what they are however they have been labelled as technical which is a completely different category.
