Breakfast: Pancakes
-2 Eggs
-1tbsp Flour
-1tbsp Sugar
-1tbsp Butter
Mix the eggs, flour, sugar and butter in a cup.

Breakfast: Lemon Ricotta Pancakes
-3 Eggs | -3 Tbsp Sugar
-15oz Ricotta Cheese | -1.5Cup Flour
-2Tbsp Baking Powder | -1/4Tsp Salt
-1/4Cup Milk | -1Whole Lemon of Zest
-Butter | -Strawberries
-Maple Syrup
-Mix eggs and sugar, add cheese, salt
-Add flour and baking powder and whisk until well blended
-Add milk, lemon
-Melt butter on pan, add 1/4 cup of batter
-Sautee on each side for 2-3 min on med heat
-Repeat w/ butter

Breakfast: French Toast
-4 Slices White Bread
-2 Eggs
-1/4 Cup Milk
-2 Tbsp Butter
-1 Pinch Salt
-Melt half the butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
-Mix the egg, milk, butter and salt in a cup.
-Pour the mixture into a container.
-Submerge each bread into the mixture then remove allowing excess egg to drip off, don't soak.
-Place on pan 1.5 min

Entrée: Sticky Rice
-1 Cup Rice
-2 Cups Water
-1/4 Salt
-Place the rice and water in the saucepan and leave it for 30min-6 hours.
-After soaking add the salt and stir
-Place on the pan on the heater and put it on high heat.
-Once bubbling begins turn the heat to medium-low.

Entrée: Rice Cooker Bacon and Onion Rice
-2 Tablespoons butter
-4-6 Slices Bacon
-1/2 Medium Onion
-Cut onions into 1/2 inch chunks
-Slice bacon into 1/4 inch pieces
-Fry bacon and onions in frying pan at medium heat until crisp
-Add butter to rice and mix
-Add bacon and onions and mix

Entrée: Basmati Rice
-1 Cup Rice
-2 Cup Water
-1 Tbsp Butter
-1/2 Tsp Salt
-Melt butter on a sauce pan in moderate heat.
-Add rice&stir for 2 mins.
-Add in water&salt stirring&boil to high heat.
-After boiling reduce heat to low&cook for 20 mins.
-Remove heat and leave it for 5 mins.

Entrée: Penne Pasta
-1 Cup Pasta | 1 Tsp Salt
-1/4 cup pasta water | 1/2 Chopped Onion
-1 Tbsp Minced Garlic | 2-3 Tbsp Olive Oil
-6-7 Tbsp Whipped Heavy Cream
-1/2 Tsp Black Pepper | 3 Tbsp of tomato paste
-1/2 Tsp Sugar | 1/2 Tsp Butter
-2 Tbsp Grated M
-Boil water.
-Add the salt&pasta.
-Cook for 12-13 min until al dente.
-Add olive oil to frying pan.
-Add garlic, onion, tomato paste&spread.
-Low to medium flame for 2-2.5 mins.
-Add black pepper, salt, sugar, cream until orange, butter, pasta water.

-Onion | 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil

-1/2CupMixed Diced Bell Pepper
-28gTaco Seasoning Mix
-1/4Cup Salsa
-Salt
-Add oil on medium heat, then onion, garlic, salt
-Sautee onions until light brown, add ground beef, stir for 7-8 min on medium-high heat
-Add peppers, seasoning, salt and stir for 5 min
-Microwave taco shells on high for 45 sec.
-Add beef to shells

-1 medium onion
-4 cloves garlic minced
-2 - 28-ounce cans crushed tomatoes
-2 bay leaves
-Salt&pepper to taste
-2 Tbsp basil
-Saute onion stir until soft&golden (5 min).
-Add garlic&stir 1-2 min until fragrant.
-Stir in tomatoes&bay leaves.
-Light boil.
-Add meatballsw/tomato sauce, partially cover w/lid cook at a gentle simmer for 30 min.
-Add basil
