the question about freely moving between west and east Germany can be seen as a yes as well because when the sectors where set up they were able to move between only when the wall was established they couldn't but then in 1989 they were allowed to go across so they could before the wall and during the last years of the USSR so for 20 years they couldn't. I know I sound like a idiot saying that but just thought that question could be interpreted wrong
