Other questions in this quiz

2. acid+metal oxide-> salt+water

  • True
  • False

3. acid+carbonate-> salt+water+metal hydroxide

  • False
  • True

4. what does relative atomic mass mean?

  • it means how heavy atoms are in a element
  • it means that more than one atom has the same number so they are related

5. how do you calculate mass in a reaction?

  • do you calculate all the Mr together so that you have a complete mass
  • you write out the balanced equation, then work out the Mr just for the bits you wan, and then apply the rule:divide to get one, then multiply to get all
  • do you just look at the Ar

for question 15 the correct answer is sedimentation, filtration and chlorination, not filtration, sedimentation, chlorification and for question 7 you should make it more clear that it is actual yield divided by predicted yield x100
