Surrending passport,report to police station and surety.

Defendant likely to commit further offences while on bail,the seriousness of the offence,the strength of the prosecutions case,previous bail record and the character of the suspect

Circumstances needed to be considered when deciding bail?
-If a offence has been committed while on bail - where the defendant has already served a custodial sentence for murder/****

Conditional Bail?
Bail is granted with conditions e.g.living at a particular address and staying away from a certain area

Un Conditional Bail?
There are no conditions attached except that you must attend court
