Name one sampling technique, stating one advantage and one disadvantage of each?
Quadrats - Square frames thrown randomly to get a random selection (Adv. Excellent results if used correctly) (Disadv. Only an estimate).
6 of 24
Name another sampling technique, stating advantages and disadvantages of it.
Sweepnets - (Adv. Can be used in lots of different places such as woodlands and fields.) (Disadv. Difficult to get an idea of numbers).

20 of 24
What is natural selection?
Survival of the fittest which means that their offspring will have their traits and pass them on so that the specie slowly becomes more and more efficient.

Selective breeding is the process of breeding plants and animals for particular genetic traits.
22 of 24
What is Darwin's theory of evolution?
That all the different species have evolved from simple life forms.
23 of 24
