the junction is a synapse and fsh Causes the egg to mature and for oestrogen to be produced. apart from that, a very good quiz :)

btw on other quizzes i have done it says that impulses are transmitted electrically across synapses and there was one question asking how are impulses transmitted in the nervous system which is kinda the same question and the answer was electrically??? so...
