What does being fit mean?
How well you can do physical tasks.

What does being healthy mean?
Being free from infection or disease.

What does high blood pressure cause?
It can cause burst blood vessels, strokes, brain damage and kidney damage.

What does low blood pressure cause?
It causes poor circulation, lack of oxygen and food for the tissues and dizziness.

What increases blood pressure?
Smoking, overweight, alcohol and stress.

What does saturated fats increase the risk of?
Heart disease.

What does too much saturated fats cause?
A build up of cholesterol in the arteries, plaque forming in the artery walls which restricts flow of blood leading to lack of oxygen.

What does too much salt cause?
Increase in blood pressure, increase of plaque build up and increase damage to arteries.

What is thrombosis?
A blood clot in the arteries.

What is a heart attack?
When the heart does not receive any oxygen.

What causes a heart attack?
When the arteries are narrowed and then thrombosis occurs. This cuts the blood supply to the heart and stops oxygen getting to the heart so it stops working.
