What are Primary Precepts?
They apply to all human beings without exception, they lead us towards the main human purpose or goal. Preserve life, Reproduction, Educate one's offspring, Seek God, Live in ordered society, Avoid offense and Shun ignorance.

What are the Secondary Precepts?
They are deduced from the Primary Precepts, they aren't strictly universal as they not apply in certain circumstances. Rules created to uphold the Primary Precepts.

The Virtues: 4 Cardinal
The Cardinal Virtues are Temperance ,Prudence, Justice and Fortitude

The Virtues: 3 Revealed
They are Faith, Hope and Charity. They are different from Cardinal as they can't be obtained by human effort. They are instead received by divine grace and revealed through scriptures.

Internal and External Acts
The distinction that Aquinas' made what that an action may be judged good, but if the real intention was known then it may be seen differently. It's not acceptable to do a bad act intentionally, even if it was to bring about a good outcome.
