The Fall of Somerset

-Misgivings against Somerset had been growing since 1549. 

-He was arrogant and dictatoral which produced enemies such as the Earl of Southhampton who opposed him and then was subsequently removed from council. 

-The conspiracy to kill was made by Arundale and Lord St John. Princess Mary stayed clear.
