Simultaneous Equations.

1. Re-arrange both equations into the form ax + by = c where a, b and c are numbers (which can be negative) Label the two equations 1 & 2.

1) 2x + 4y = 6   

2) -4x - 3y = 3  

2. Match up the numbers in front of either the x's or y's in both equations. To do this you may need to multiply one or both equations by a
